  I went in today and ate inside, when I got our cups to fill the tea was out, there were no lids to fit our cups and the ketchup was empty, I told them and they did fill them , the dining room however was also not clean , I was there for at least 25 minutes and during that time not one table got wiped down , there was food on the floor and one of the trash cans was over flowing. I do understand that they probably got busy because of the parade but that should have been anticipated and they should have had someone working the dining area. I was very disappointed in the conditions of the store and in my opinion it shouldn't have been like it was, no one wants to eat in a dirty area and you shouldn't have to tell them that everything is empty because it shouldn't be. I feel that when there's an crowd anticipated then they should have extra hands in to help make the dining experience at the very least a nice one. When I left there wasn't not one single empty table that was clean and at least 3 of them had been empty the entire time I was there. Not Good, not good at all.
